St Louis Meaty Pork Ribs (Half Rack, approx. 0.5kg)

7hr oak smoked meaty rib, rubbed in our house BBQ rub and BBQ sauce.
Serve: with fries, potato salad or coleslaw.
Ingredients: Pork ribs, salt, pepper, cajun powder, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar.
Allergens: Sulphites.
Cooking Instructions:
- Remove from the packaging.
- BBQ: Remove from the fridge for 20 min and when the coals are white ash cook bone side down 6-8 min then turn and cook a further 6 min. Baste in any BBQ sauce.
- Oven: 180°C. Keep meat in packaging and place in a shallow baking tray with 50ml water for 15 min. Remove from packaging and return to oven for 5 min to crisp Baste in any BBQ sauce.

- You know your fire is ready when your charcoal is white like ash and you can hold your hand over the grill and count to 5 and ouch!

- Frozen product - store below −18°C.
- Store immediately after receiving your order.
- Best before date is dependent on correct storage.
- Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
- Defrost in the sealed pack in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Do not defrost at room temperature.
- Once defrosted, store chilled and consume within 24 hours.
- Collection only from our Bishop's Stortford restaurant.
- Orders placed for collection available to collect same day from Smoke BBQ Kitchen, Bishops Stortford from 3pm onwards Wednesday through to Sunday.
