A traditional South African sausage ring.
Serve: With Mrs Balls Chutney and fried onions.
Ingredients: Pork & Beef (50/50), salt, corridaner, cloves, nutmeg, vinegar.
Cooking Instructions:
- BBQ: Cook over white ash coals for 5 min and turn to cook another 5 min
- FRY: in the pan for 10 min turning every 5 min
- OVEN: 180°C for 10 min

- Store immediately after receiving your delivery.
- Best before date is dependent on correct storage.
- Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
- Defrost in the sealed pack in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Do not defrost at room temperature.
- Once defrosted, store chilled and consume within 24 hours.
- Delivery is available to UK Mainland Postcodes only.
