12 hr oak wood smoked pork shoulder, rubbed in house BBQ rub and BBQ sauce.
Serve: in any bun or loaf or load it on top of your favourite fries, mac and cheese or baked potato. Great topped with crispy onions.
Ingredients: Pork shoulder, salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar.
Allergens: Sulphites.
Cooking Instructions: Place unopened vac pack bag in simmering water for 10 minutes. Remove from bag and serve while hot, or add to a pan or microwave and bring to desires temperature. The pork can be fried, baked or grilled. Add some BBQ sauce.

- Store immediately after receiving your delivery.

- Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
- Defrost in the sealed pack in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Do not defrost at room temperature.
- Once defrosted, store chilled and consume within 24 hours.
- Delivery is available to UK Mainland Postcodes only.

- Order before 12 PM for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM on Thursday or between Friday-Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
